Husqarna Jikai warrants all of its diamond tools against possible defects in workmanship all lasered and sintered blades and bits are warranted  against segment loss due to weld failure .Determination of the applicability of warranty will be made after the products are inspected by our warranty claims Department.

     The warranty does not cover any tool which Husqvarna Jikai determines to have been used in an improper application ,subjected tonegligent abuse,improperly mounted,altered,involved in a non-application accident or miscellaneously demaged.

     In no event shall Husqvarna Jikai be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising out of the failure of any product to operate properly. Any diamond tool covered under this warranty will be replaced at Husqvarna Jikai's option free of charge.

     THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
